Of course you can and it is an excellent way to truly customize it. We recommend you always put down a surface layer of primer prior to painting and protect your paint job with a varnish once it is completed.

Due to the custom nature of the 3D printed items no returns are accepted unless there is a defect in the print.

For dice, and other non-printed items a 30 day return policy applies. Shipping for the returned item will be deducted from the customer refund unless there is a defect with the product.

For any clothing item return that is misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To protect your item in the case of lost packages or shipping damage you can add route insurance at an additional cost.

At this time we can print any item with up to 4 custom colors. To do so please select the full color option and in the checkout page click Order Special Instructions to select the colors you would like to use. If any further details are needed we will email you to make sure the item is printed as you would like it.

We offer what we call a 'printer rental' service. If you have files that you own and would like printed please feel free to email us at sales@chaotic3workshop.com to get pricing for your files.

For orders including 3D printed items it can take up to 2 weeks to print and ship your order.

For any clothing items, they are printed to order and shipped after a 2-5 day fulfillment period. Clothing items will be shipped separately directly from the printer.
